Before telephoning me, I wish to make you aware that I can only provide legal advice after receiving an email from you setting out full details of your name, the nature of your business, and whether your matter is urgent. Legal advice will then only be provided after I am satisfied that I have no conflict of interest in acting for you and you have signed my Terms and Conditions of Business.
Using my Professional Representative details before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
If you are outside the European Economic Area and you wish to directly file a European Union Trade Mark (EUTM) and Registered European Union Design (REUD) before the EUIPO, I ask that do not list me as your representative on the application form without my explicit written consent to do so.
If I become aware that you have used my Professional Representative details without my consent, I will immediate apply to the EUIPO to remove my representation without any notice to you. You should be aware that lack of representation may have adverse consequences for the design or trade mark you are seeking to register.
If you would like to appoint me as your EUIPO representative, please sign and date my Representative Authorisation form making sure to provide full details of your business at the top of the form. Then email the duly completed form back to me. Please do not file this form with the EUIPO without my authorisation.
