Use of AI notetakers
In all calls you initiate with me via digital communication platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom), please disable AI notetakers as I do not consent to my voice being recorded during these calls.
Your failure to inform me prior to a call that an AI notetaker will be used will be considered by me as a breach of European Union Data Protection Regulation, under which I have rights to the protection of my personal data, including my voice.
In pre-arranging calls with me via any digital communication platform, I must be notified in advance of the call that you intend to use an AI notetaker.

Using my Professional Representative details without consent
If you are outside the European Economic Area and you wish to directly file a European Union Trade Mark (EUTM) and Registered European Union Design (REUD) before the EUIPO, I ask that do not list me as your representative on the application form without my explicit written consent to do so.
Similarly, you should not use my professional details for matters filed directly before the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland and the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office without my explicit written consent.
If I become aware that you have used my Professional Representative details without my consent, I will immediate apply to remove my representation without any prior notice to you. You should be aware that lack of representation in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have adverse consequences for the design or trademark you are seeking to, or have, registered.
